Preseason training

 

Preseason fitness - spread the word.

Interval training for 8 weeks.

When: Monday & Thursday nights commencing on February 4th and 7th

Where: At the Club, Fort Street, Grange

Time: 6:30 - 8:00 pm

Bring: Towel &/or yoga mat, drink, enthusiasm, heart rate monitors (if you have one)

Notes:

* Anything above 34 degrees at Grange at 5:30 pm is automatically cancelled

* Everything designed is modifiable to push at your own limit

* Everyone is welcome - bring kids and a friend

* Hockey sticks are not required at this stage, but if wanting a hit afterwards, you're welcome to do so
